FreeG is a new and rapidly developing activity which encourages participants to use traditional gymnastic equipment in new ways. It draws on influences from martial arts, free-running, parkour, tricking and break-dance.
Classes are designed to get hearts racing and develop a heightened sense of spatial and aerial awareness as well as aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility.
FreeG is an ideal class to complement a variety of other sports such as boarding, biking, skiing, climbing, cheerleading and surfing.
