Our over 50s fitness program Fitter for Life aims to improve mobility, balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.  It is gentle exercise for the whole body and brain in a safe and social environment.


The program improves cognitive function, assists with recovery from illness and injury and is suitable for those that are more mobility challenged.
